This one thinks he is one of us
And yet he looks like the others
The ones we shun in mockery
He seems to act much as us
And I admit I was fooled more than once
But how can he be one such as we
When he does not wear the crest?
A crest!
A crest!
Yes, a crest need he
We searched his body over and out
And no sign could we find about
If he is what he claims to be
Put him to the test
And if he succeed
Give him what he desires
And look upon him with dignity
Sire you must be joking
This man is not one of us
It is clear enough to see
Please I beg you
Throw him in with the meek
I laugh at his looks
Its folly to leave him be
We must abide by the law
By the way of the creed
Young apprentice your mind is week
When you look at things from one side
You will see nothing in return
You must look at things from all ways
That you must see
If you desire to understand the ways of life
You must see law can be bent
What was once rules can be changed
And if you ever desire to learn something new
You must be open to the unknown
Now let the man free
And learn from him
He will teach all of you
More than I can ever dream
Put your prejudice behind you
And you will see
An open mind is the way to peace
The Law is Sacred
